Technischer Vertriebsinnendienst für Pumpen und Armaturen (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kund:innen umfassend in technischen Anliegen
- Du erstellst komplexe technische Angebote in den Bereichen Pumpen, Armaturen, Mess- und Regeltechnik sowie weiteren technischen Produkten
- Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für eigene Kund:innen, um eine ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen
- Du begleitest Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Du unterstützt und berätst technisch im Exportgeschäft
- Du baust langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst diese durch kontinuierliche Beratung und Support
- Du führst Kundenbewertungen, Auswertungen und erstellst Planzahlen im ERP-System durch
- Du betreust Kund:innen umfassend per Telefon, E-Mail und Microsoft Teams
- Du führst Kundenbesuche durch und pflegst bei Bedarf den Kontakt zu Kund:innen vor Ort

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung im Industrie- oder Sanitärbereich (z. B. Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)), bist staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Maschinentechnik oder hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Maschinenbau.
- Alternativ verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)) und hast ein fortgeschrittenes Fachwissen im Bereich Anlagentechnologie und starkes technisches Interesse.
- Du verfügst über erste oder erweiterte kaufmännische Berufserfahrungen, insbesondere im technischen Vertrieb, und möchtest diese ausbauen.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programmen.
- Du verfügst über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Alphaplan) sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich CRM-Tools sind von Vorteil.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, analytisch und zielgerichtet.
- Deine strukturierte Herangehensweise und technische Expertise ermöglichen eine effektive und professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden und Teamkollegen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
