Sachbearbeiter im Technischen Vertrieb B2B (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wickelst Kundenaufträge in Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung, deinen Kolleg:innen im Außendienst und unseren Logistikpartnern ab
- Du betreust kompetent unsere B2B-Kund:innen und baust eine vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehung auf
- Du erstellst, kalkulierst und überwachst Angebote
- Du koordinierst Termine und Aufträge mit dem Einkauf und der Logistik
- Du holst ggf. selbständig Angebote bei Lieferanten ein und führst Bestellungen durch
- Du pflegst Auftrags- und Kundendaten im ERP-System und arbeitest in diversen Projekten, auf Messen und bei Vertriebsaktionen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Groß- & Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), etc., mit gutem technischem Verständnis oder eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), etc., mit Spaß am Vertrieb und Kundenkontakt
- Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb oder Einkauf und Branchenkenntnisse kommen dir zugute, sind aber kein Muss
- Du besitzt gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Du hast gutes Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team als auch eigenverantwortlich erfolgreich zu arbeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
