Als (Senior) Brand Communication Manager:in entwickelst du für eine große Bandbreite an unterschiedlichen Unternehmen Marken- und Kommunikationsstrategien für den Learning and Development Bereich, die sich in den Köpfen und Herzen der Mitarbeitenden verfangen. Dein Ziel ist es, Unternehmen erfolgreicher zu machen. Du setzt Briefings nicht einfach stur um, sondern hinterfragst, was dein:e Kund:innen erreichen wollen, welche Maßnahmen und Vorgehensweisen dazu passen und welche kreativen Spielräume die Marke ausschöpfen kann. Auch die interne Kommunikationsstrategie wirst du gemeinsam mit uns weiter ausbauen und gestalten. Deine kreativen Impulse, dein Marken- und Marktverständnis und deine Analysen bilden den Ausgangspunkt für die Entwicklung durchschlagender Lernstrategien.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du legst die DNA von Unternehmen frei, machst den Markenkern sichtbar und übersetzt diesen, gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus unserem Learning und Development Team, in Lernlösungen
- Du führst Strategieworkshops durch und bereitest diese vor
- Du übernimmst die Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von qualitative und quantitativen Fokusgruppen und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du definierst und analysierst relevante Marken- und Kampagnen-KPIs
- Du sorgst eigenverantwortlich für das beste Ergebnis, im Rahmen von Leitplanken wie Budgets und Timings
- Du präsentierst Ergebnisse bei Kund:innen
- Vorantreiben unserer internen Kommunikationsstrategie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation oder verfügst über eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Strategie und Brand Experiences
- Neben sehr guten strategischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten bringst du am besten auch digitale Kompetenzen mit
- Du lebst eine Hands-On Mentalität und gehst Themen proaktiv an
- Vernetzung und interdisziplinäres Teamwork machen dir Spaß und sind für dich ein wichtiger Bestandteil deiner strategischen Arbeit
- Zu deinen Stärken zählt eine gute Kombination aus Intuition und Analysefähigkeit
- Kommunikation ist deine Stärke: Auf Deutsch und Englisch drückst du dich ausgezeichnet aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
