Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten unsere Kunden und führen interne Audits durch, begleiten Unternehmen bei der Einführung bzw. Weiterentwicklung ihres Qualitätsmanagement-Systems
- Sie erstellen alle relevanten QM-Dokumente
- Sie schulen und coachen die Mitarbeitenden
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) gemäß den internen und externen Anforderungen
- Als Auditor führen Sie interne und externe Qualitätsaudits durch, wenn Sie die entsprechenden Zertifikate haben, oder haben Interesse daran, diese Qualifikation zu erwerben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur/zum QM-Manager/Auditor (m/w/d),
- Sie verfügen mindestens über die Qualifikation zur QM-Fachkraft (ISO 9001:2015),
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 9001,
- Optional bringen Sie weitere Kenntnisse im Bereich der ISO/IEC 27001 mit und verfügen über Auditerfahrung gemäß ISO 19011/17021
- Sie bringen Verständnis für Informatik und Prozessgestaltung mit
- Sie zeigen großes Engagement und Flexibilität, denken methodisch und prozessorientiert
- Sie besitzen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und sind reisebereit

Mit dem Projektmanagement als dritten Bereich verbinden wir alle Themen miteinander und bieten unseren Kunden eine ganzheitliche Betreuung. Wichtig über uns ist auch, dass wir aktuell nur zu zweit sind. I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
