  • Du übernimmst die Führung in allen Schlüsselbereichen der People Operations, verbesserst aktiv die Effizienz und stellst die Wirksamkeit unserer Prozesse über den gesamten Employee Life Cycle hinweg sicher
  • Du verantwortest die Verwaltung und Qualität der HR-Tools und Datenbanken. Du etablierst solide People-Metriken, die eine fundierte Entscheidungsfindung und die Verbesserung von HR-Praktiken ermöglichen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams in Finanzen, Recht und Management zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir immer auf der sicheren Seite sind. Du richtest unsere Abläufe auf die Geschäftsziele aus und sorgst für durchgängige Compliance
  • Du koordinierst unsere globale Vergütungs- und Benefitsprozesse mit internen und externen Partnern, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung zu gewährleisten
  • Du förderst Talent und Zusammenhalt im Team, indem du gezieltes Coaching und kontinuierliche Unterstützung bietest. Du stärkst die Teamdynamik im gesamten People & Talent Team durch Förderung offener Kommunikation und gemeinsamen Lernens

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in People Operations mit generalistischer Ausrichtung, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Wachstumsumfeld, mit fundiertem Wissen über operationelle Best Practices und Compliance
  • Du verfügst über solide Erfahrung in der Nutzung von HRIS (Personio von Vorteil); Du besitzt die Kompetenz, neue Technologien effektiv für HR-Lösungen einzusetzen
  • Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten, insbesondere bei der Nutzung von HR-Metriken zur Informationsgewinnung und Verbesserung von Prozessen bzw. von Employee Experience
  • Du besitzt hervorragende soziale Kompetenzen und die Fähigkeit, unternehmensweit Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Du hast sehr gute Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und ein agiles Mindset für die Durchführung von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Du verfügst über exzellente Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, um komplexe Diskussionen und Dokumentationen zu meistern
