Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest Bauprojekte und überwachst die Bauablaufplanung
- Du planst und führst den Personaleinsatz der gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden und koordinierst die Nachunternehmer
- Du stellst die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben sicher
- Du wickelst den baustellenspezifischen Schriftverkehr ab
- Du führst Unterweisungen des gewerblichen Personals nach Unternehmensvorgaben durch
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Abrechnung der Projekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) in der Fachrichtung Bau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung
- Du hast idealerweise einen Abschluss als Meister (m/w/d) im Gerüstbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau, insbesondere im Projektgeschäft und Fassadengerüstbau
- Du verfügst über ein hohes technisches Verständnis und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B
- Du wirst im Großraum Würzburg/Nürnberg eingesetzt und CAD sowie CP-Pro Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Unser moderner Fuhrpark, mit mittlerweile 25 Fahrzeugen, dient als Transport- und Arbeitserleichterung für jede Abteilung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
