Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Betrieb, die Inspektion, die Wartung und die Instandsetzung von haustechnischen Anlagen
- Sie installieren und reparieren Gas-, Ölheizungs- und Sanitäranlagen
- Sie betreuen gewerkübergreifende versorgungstechnische Anlagen
- Sie setzen störungsbedingte Instandsetzungen um und führen Kleinreparaturen durch
- Sie prüfen Schutzeinrichtungen und suchen Fehler an Feuerungsanlagen (Öl und Gas), inklusive Dokumentation mit digitaler Unterstützung
- Sie warten und halten Feuerungsanlagen, Pumpen und weitere gebäudetechnische Anlagen und deren Komponenten instand

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik, Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandsetzung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen aus dem Bereich Feuerungstechnik (Gas- und Ölkesselanlagen)
- Sie besitzen spezielle Kenntnisse mit Gasthermen und ggf. Gasgeräten (z.B. Gasdurchlauferhitzer)
- Sie haben gute Reglungstechnik-Kenntnisse für Inbetriebnahmen, Kundendienste und Serviceeinsätze
- Sie gehen sicher mit modernen Kommunikations- und Arbeitsmitteln um
- Sie arbeiten selbständig und gewissenhaft mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein, auch im Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen
- Sie haben ein hohes Maß an technischem Verständnis
- Sie sind teamfähig und treten kundenfreundlich sowie serviceorientiert auf
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
