RealmJoin ist unser Companion für das Windows Client Management mit Microsoft Intune. Kunden erhalten mit RealmJoin einen kompletten Software-Lifecycle, der neben der kontinuierlichen Bereitstellung von aktuellen Softwarepaketen auch deren Update sicherstellt. Darüber hinaus bietet RealmJoin zahlreiche Ergänzungen für effektives Client Management wie LAPS, Runbooks und Notifications.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kunden auf technischer Ebene (Pre- & Post Sales) für unseren Intune Companion RealmJoin. Dabei hilfst Du unseren Kunden beim Starten mit RealmJoin, beantwortest technische Fragen und unterstützt bei Problemen.
- Im Application Packaging für Windows in unserer Packaging Factory erstellst und pflegst du nicht nur Standardpakete. Du erstellst auch anspruchsvolle Anpassungen und Optimierungen, um die bestmögliche Performance zu gewährleisten.
- Bei der Erweiterung und Pflege der technischen Produkt-Dokumentation für RealmJoin wirst du tief in die Details eintauchen, um umfassende und präzise Informationen zu liefern, die unsere Kunden und das interne Team unterstützen.
- Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen Vertrieb, Entwicklung und dem Development, um sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Windows Client-Management und/oder Windows Software Packaging mit.
- Du hast Spaß daran, mit Kunden zusammenzuarbeiten und proaktiv auf diese zuzugehen.
- Es bereitet dir keine Probleme, auf Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift) mit unseren internationalen Kunden und Kollegen zu kommunizieren. So gehört etwa das Erstellen von englischen Dokumentationen oder das klare Kommunizieren technischer Konzepte zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Du liebst es, technische Zusammenhänge nicht nur zu verstehen, sondern möchtest hinter die Kulissen schauen und Probleme tiefgehend analysieren, um so innovative Lösungen zu finden.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
