Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst Banken und Sparkassen bei der Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von Methoden und Prozessen der Gesamtbank-/ Risikosteuerung
- Du leitest als erfahrener Berater (m/w/d) Projekte und stellst den Teamerfolg mit und für Kunden sicher
- Du unterstützt bei der Auftragsanbahnung und Entwicklung neuer spannender Themen
- Du wirkst aktiv am Ausbau des neuen Geschäftsbereichs Bank- und Risikosteuerung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsbereich oder Beratungsbereich mit
- Du hast bereits große Projekte geleitet oder eine Führungsfunktion in der Linie bekleidet
- Du kennst Dich aus mit Adressrisikosteuerung, CRR, CRD, MaRisk, KSA, IRBA, EBA Guidelines
- Du befasst Dich mit der Gesamtbanksteuerung / dem Risikocontrolling einer Bank oder Sparkasse
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Risikoquantifizierung und -modellierung
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C2) sind zwingend erforderlich
- Du bist generell bereit, gelegentlich zu Kunden vor Ort zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
