Wir möchten mit Dir zusammen unsere Kunden begeistern und die Dekarbonisierung der Schifffahrt vorantreiben – mit unseren Produkten und mit unserem Kunden-Support. Du bist unser Auge und Ohr vor Ort beim Kunden und spielst Erfahrungen, Ideen und Verbesserungsvorschläge zurück in die Entwicklung, die Produktion und das Produktmanagement. Um an Bord gut gerüstet zu sein, unterstützt Du die Inbetriebnahmen der Systeme bereits bei uns in der Fertigung und supportest F&E-Tests. Deine Reisetätigkeit (40 % - 80 %) bezieht sich vorwiegend auf Europa, weltweite Einsätze sind jedoch möglich.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Inbetriebnahmen unseres Batteriesystems an Bord bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Kund:innen durch
- Du diagnostizierst und wartest das Batteriesystem
- Du erfasst und wertest Messdaten zur Bewertung der Systemleistung und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotentialen aus
- Du protokollierst die Einsätze und fertigst die Serviceberichte, auf Deutsch und Englisch, für uns und die Kund:innen an
- Du gibst fortlaufendes Feedback an die Produktion und die Entwicklung, im Rahmen unserer Qualitätssicherung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker Elektronik (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von elektrischen Anlagen und Umrichtern, vorzugsweise im maritimen Bereich
- Du bist sicher im Lesen von Stromlaufplänen und hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Fehlersuchen in elektrischen Systemen
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich von SPS-Software
- Du hast eine große Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität, mit Fokus auf pragmatischen Lösungen
- Du arbeitest selbständig und zielorientiert und hast Teamgeist, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
