Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie entwickeln die Marketing-Strategie (Brand Plan Prozess) und unterstützen bei der Entwicklung der Sales-Strategie sowie der Implementierung der entsprechenden Umsetzungspläne für Arzneimittel
- Sie tragen die direkte Verantwortung für die indikationsbezogenen Umsatz-, Absatz- sowie Werbebudgets
- Sie erarbeiten eigenverantwortlich Content-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Einkaufsplattformen für Apotheken, verwalten und analysieren Social-Media-Advertising
- Sie entwickeln und führen Schulungsmaßnahmen für regionale Service-Mitarbeiter:innen durch
- Sie erstellen Absatzprognosen und entwickeln Konzepte zur Kooperation mit allen Geschäftsbereichen des Unternehmens
- Sie führen Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Zielgruppenanalysen durch, um effektive Maßnahmen innerhalb des Marketing-Mix abzuleiten
- Sie planen, organisieren und nehmen an Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Kongressaktivitäten teil
- Sie erstellen kontinuierlich Forecast- und Business-Pläne sowie Kontrolle und Budget Reporting
- Sie arbeiten mit Key Opinion Leaders zusammen

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes pharmazeutisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, kombiniert mit entsprechender Erfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement von Arzneimitteln
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, kreativ, lösungs- und kundenorientiert
- Sie haben starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie analytische Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sie besitzen Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Mittelstufenkenntnisse)
