- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit in der Eventbranche sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Messe- und Veranstaltungsbranche
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Erfahrung in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der ISO 20121-Norm für nachhaltiges Eventmanagement
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und organisiert und hast die Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und komplexe Projekte eigenständig zu leiten
- Du hast die Motivation und den Mut, andere, intern und extern, auf der Reise hin zu einer nachhaltigeren Branche mitzunehmen
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Workshops zu konzipieren und zu moderieren
- Du bist teamorientiert und verstehst dich als Bindeglied innerhalb des Unternehmens und agierst als Multiplikator:in für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
