Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Project Manager (m/w/d) für die Leitung und Betreuung der jeweiligen Projekte in den unterschiedlichsten Disziplinen verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst die Projektphasenplanung, die Kostenkalkulation und hast Projektverantwortung im Projektablauf
- Du kommunizierst kompetent und empathisch mit den internen und externen Schnittstellen und übernimmst die Kundenkommunikation im Projektablauf
- Du planst und steuerst die Gewerke sowie die Projektmittel
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für das Controlling (Kosten, Qualität und Terminwesen), übergibst das Projekt an die Kund:innen, rechnest das Projekt final ab und hast die Qualitätssicherung im Blick

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist ein Teamplayer (m/w/d) mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke und hast einen Berufsabschluss in folgenden Bereichen: Ausbildung/Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ähnlichen Abschlüssen im technischen Bereich
- Du zeichnest dich neben einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise durch Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke aus
- Du bringst grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Project Management mit
- Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und entscheidungsfreudig, ohne das Ziel als auch das Ergebnis aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Du lässt dich in stressigen Momenten emotional nicht aus der Bahn werfen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
