Was erwartet dich?
- Übernahme des sicheren Betriebs eines unserer Kundensysteme, einschließlich der Verbesserung und Automatisierung der verbundenen Umgebungen
- Schnittstelle zum DevOps Team, unseren Kunden und dem 1st und 2nd Level Support Dienstleistern
- Wartung und Monitoring der IT-Systemarchitekturen und Cloud-Plattformen unseres Kunden zum Beispiel mit Kibana, Grafana oder AWS CloudWatch
- Übernahme der 24/7- Rufbereitschaft
- Erstellung von Runbooks zur standardisierten Fehlerbehebung
- Aufbau eines ganzheitlichen Application Management, einem individueller und kundenorientierter IT-Support sowie der Ermittlung von Leistungsdaten und Fehleranalysen
- Steuern und Überwachen der Anforderungen, Rahmenbedingungen und Verläufe der Applikation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines verwandten Studienganges, alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Umfeld mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich IT Infrastruktur sowie erste Kenntnisse im IT-Dienstleistungs- und/oder DevOps Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Analyse von Monitoring & Logging-Systemen (z.B. Dynatrace, Grafana, DataDog, Kibana, etc.)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement; bestenfalls in der agilen Softwareentwicklung
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten
- Effiziente, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Erste Clouderfahrung (AWS und Azure) von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
