Regional-Manager für Umsatzentwicklung und Personalführung (m/w/d)
Wir suchen einen Regional-Manager (m/w/d) für Nordfriesland oder Burgdorf. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Leitung eines Teams von 45 Mitarbeitern, Personalentwicklung, Umsatzsicherung, Kundenbetreuung und die Erstellung von Performanceanalysen. Voraussetzungen sind Führungserfahrung von gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden (m/w/d), Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Regionalleitung und Führungsverantwortung für ca. 45 Mitarbeitende
- Du leitest und motivierst dein Team fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Du entwickelst das Personal weiter und sicherst die positive Umsatzentwicklung ab
- Du betreust die Kund:innen und erstellst Performanceanalysen sowie Reports
- Du identifizierst und setzt Maßnahmen zur Effizienz- und Effektivitätssteigerung um
- Du hältst die Sicherheitsanforderungen im Rahmen der Betriebsführung ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes (technisches) Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast relevante Führungserfahrung sowie Ergebnisverantwortung, möglichst in erneuerbaren Energien oder im Dienstleistungssektor
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten und eine teamorientierte Führungskompetenz
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist eine kommunikative, empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz und der Fähigkeit, dich selbst und andere zu motivieren
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, gerne im Team, bist zuverlässig und hast ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und bist bereit, im Hauptsitz in Rantrum in Präsenz zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
