Wir wachsen weiter und suchen einen Senior Produktentwickler (m/w/d) als Teamleitung für unser R&D Team am Standort Hechingen in der Nähe von Tübingen. Mobiles Arbeiten ist anteilig (2/5 Regelung) selbstverständlich möglich.

- die Abteilung R&D fachlich und disziplinarisch führen, das Team anleiten, motivieren und fördern.

- unsere Medizinprodukteberater produktbezogen unterstützen, an Messen und Kongressen teilnehmen sowie interne Themenpräsentationen und Schulungen durchführen.
- in enger Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams den Markterfolg bewerten und aussagekräftige Reportings für den Director R&D/RA erstellen.

Du passt am besten zu uns, wenn du ...
- ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Kunststofftechnik, Medizintechnik, Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwissenschaft) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast.
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung (vorzugsweise im Bereich Medizintechnik) sammeln konntest.
- idealerweise Kenntnisse im produktbezogenen Medizinprodukterecht, insbesondere der EN ISO 13485 und der europäischen Medizinprodukteverordnung, besitzt.
- weitreichende Projektmanagementkenntnisse in der Produktentwicklung aufweisen kannst.
- einen routinierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten sowie fachspezifischen digitalen Tools (ERP-System, CAQ etc.) mitbringst sowie über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verfügst.
- dich durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation auszeichnest, eine strukturierte, prozess- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise besitzt und idealerweise bereits (erste) Führungserfahrungen sammeln konntest.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
