Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Product Manager (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Optimierung unserer Produktpalette
- Du baust das Produktportfolio nachhaltig aus und steuerst die verantwortlichen Product Owner zur Neu- bzw. Weiterentwicklung von Produkten
- Du behältst den Markt im Blick, sammelst und analysierst Daten der Wettbewerbssituation
- Du identifizierst im Austausch mit unseren Kolleg:innen aus dem Vertrieb und unseren Kundenunternehmen neue Geschäftsfelder und hast dabei stets die strategischen Interessen unseres Unternehmens im Blick
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Vorentwicklung und dem Innovationsmanagement im kreativen Austausch neue Produktideen und unterziehst diese einer realistischen Machbarkeitsabschätzung
- Du entwickelst im Rahmen der Unternehmensstrategie in Abstimmung mit den anderen Product Managern (m/w/d) eine Strategie für "Deine Produkte"

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du bringst durch deinen bisherigen Werdegang Erfahrungen in der Planung oder Leitung von Bauprojekten mit und hattest im besten Fall dabei auch schon Berührungspunkte mit dem Vermessungswesen oder dem Tunnelbau
- Du bist begeistert von unseren innovativen Produkten und kannst dir vorstellen, diese auf das nächste Level zu entwickeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch unternehmerisches Denken aus und verfügst idealerweise bereits über ein gutes Marktverständnis im Bereich Tunnelbau
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du zählst eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zu deinen Stärken

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
