Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung des Teams mit 3 Personen (2x Buchhaltung, 1x Controlling)
- Du unterstützt den Finanzdirektor der Gruppe bei allen Initiativen des Unternehmens im Zusammenhang mit der Finanzabteilung (Budget, Prognosen, interne Kontrolle)
- Du kommunizierst mit Steuerberatern, Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die tägliche Koordination der Finanz- und Buchhaltungstransaktionen sowie die rechtzeitige Erstellung der konsolidierten Monatsabschlüsse, Intercompany-Vergütungen und Cashflow-Management-Berichte an die Konzernzentrale
- Du führst Cashflow-Prognosen und Budgetierungen durch und arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen des Unternehmens zusammen
- Du entwickelst und erhältst die internen kaufmännischen Prozesse sowie ein effektives Buchhaltungsverfahren, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Nutzung des ERP-Systems

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder bist Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit Managementerfahrung
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und langjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung
- Du führst und entwickelst das 3-köpfige Team und implementierst Prozessverbesserungen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Business Central und MS 365 Office
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein starkes Durchsetzungsvermögen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
