Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und überwachst schlüsselfertige Bauprojekte, insbesondere von Projekten über 10 Mio. Euro
- Du koordinierst alle am Bau beteiligten Gewerke und stellst einen reibungslosen Bauablauf sicher
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätsstandards
- Du führst und motivierst das Baustellenteam
- Du führst Baubesprechungen durch und stimmst dich mit allen Projektbeteiligten ab
- Du stellst die Arbeitssicherheit und den Gesundheitsschutz auf der Baustelle sicher
- Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt und erstellst Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter (m/w/d) im schlüsselfertigen Bauen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Großprojekten über 5 Mio. Euro
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauprozessen, Bauleitung und Projektmanagement
- Du hast ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Bau- und Projektmanagementsoftware und verfügst über Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
