Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich den Markt, die Kund:innen und die Wettbewerber:innen inklusive dem Ausbau neuer und bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im Bereich Consumer Care
- Sie entwickeln Vermarktungsstrategien auf Basis entsprechender Analysen und Trends
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die lokale Umsetzung der CRM- und Preisstrategie
- Sie führen aktiv kommerzielle und technische Verhandlungen mit Kund:innen und Distributor:innen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Erreichen definierter Verkaufsziele
- Sie unterstützen den Technischen Service bei der Etablierung von Entwicklungsprodukten und Kundenapplikationen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb von Silikonprodukten, idealerweise in den Industrien Home & Car Care oder Personal Care
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium (Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Sie haben ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Ausdauer und Spaß am Umgang mit Kund:innen sowie eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sie haben Erfahrung und Erfolge im Präsentieren und Verhandeln
- Sie sind reisebereit und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
