Was erwartet dich?
- Du behältst in Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb und Lager alle ein- und ausgehenden Warenbewegungen im Blick
- Du koordinierst die Versandtermine und -abläufe mit unseren Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen
- Du holst Frachtangebote bei Logistikdienstleistern ein, beauftragst diese und überwachst die termingerechte Ausführung
- Du managst das Zolllager
- Du erstellst relevante Unterlagen und Dokumente für die Einfuhr und Auslieferung unserer Waren in Abhängigkeit von länderspezifischen Import- und Exportbestimmungen sowie CITES-Bestimmungen
- Du wickelst die Zollverfahren zur Ein- und Ausfuhr mit ATLAS ab
- Du überwachst und verwaltest den Fuhrpark
- Du kontrollierst die Frachteingangsrechnungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Spedition oder Logistik
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der Zoll- und Exportvorschriften
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und Atlas Im-/Export
- Du zeigst vernetztes Denken und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1), weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
