Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und setzt technische Um- und Neubauprojekte innerhalb der vereinbarten Kosten, Termin- und Leistungsziele um
- Du arbeitest zusammen, kommunizierst und verhandelst mit internen und externen Businesspartnern in einem dynamischen Umfeld und begleitest interne/externe Audits
- Du wirkst an der integrierten Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie mit und arbeitest an Nachhaltigkeitsprojekten
- Du erstellst Pläne für die sinnvolle Ressourcenschonung und entwickelst sowie setzt Konzepte zum umweltbewussten und nachhaltigen Unternehmensbereich um
- Du arbeitest mit Behörden, Ämtern, Berufsgenossenschaften etc. bzgl. geltender Rechtsvorschriften zusammen und stellst die Einhaltung rechtlicher Aspekte sowie das Ausschöpfen von Fördermöglichkeiten sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium im technischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und der Lebensmittel- oder Prozessindustrie mit Grundkenntnissen im Klima- und Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement
- Du besitzt Kommunikationsgeschick im Umgang mit Lieferanten, Kund:innen und behördlichen Vertretenden
- Du hast eine Hands-on Mentalität mit dem Wunsch, Dinge zu gestalten und Maßnahmen umzusetzen
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast optimalerweise Grundkenntnisse in der Anwendung von AutoCad
- Du denkst und handelst analytisch, planst und organisierst zielorientiert und hast Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten, zeigst Eigeninitiative sowie Teamfähigkeit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
