Technischer Projektkoordinator mit dem Schwerpunkt für Service und Vertrieb (m/w/d)
In deiner Rolle als technischer Projektmanager / Projektkoordinator (m/w/d) bist du das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Service, Serviceleitung und Geschäftsführung unserer Tochtergesellschaft. Deine Hauptverantwortung liegt in der Projektplanung, Koordination und der technischen Beratung unserer Kunden. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Anlagen und Serviceleistungen auf höchstem Niveau sind und bleiben.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Projektplanung – und koordination in Abstimmung mit der Serviceleitung und Geschäftsführung verantwortlich
- Zu deinen regelmäßigen Aufgaben gehört die Disposition und Planung von Serviceeinsätzen
- Du verantwortest das Angebotswesen inkl. Kalkulation und Angebotsverfolgung
- Du unterstützt aktiv den Vertrieb bei der Kundenberatung und technischen Beratung
- Du kümmerst Dich um das auftragsbezogenes Bestellwesen
- Du klärst projektbezogene technische Sachverhalte
- Die Rechnungsvorbereitung von Aufträgen für die Faktura gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du hast ein Auge auf die Terminverfolgung der regelmäßigen UVV-Prüfungen
- Perspektivisch kannst Du Dich in die Funktion als Stellvertretende Serviceleitung entwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit technischem Hintergrund, gerne auch mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d) (Elektrotechniker oder -meister, Mechatroniker)
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service, Instandhaltung oder im technischen Vertrieb
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Elektrik
- Du kennst dich gut mit dem MS-Office-Paket und ERP-Systemen aus
- Du bist eine engagierte, zielorientierte Persönlichkeit und arbeitest gewissenhaft, selbstständig und ergebnisorientiert
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, bist belastbar und ein Teamplayer
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast Kenntnisse von Gesetzen und Normen

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
