Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für große Neu-/Umbauprojekte von der Definition der Aufgabenstellung bis zur vollständigen baulichen Umsetzung
- Sie steuern sowie koordinieren alle internen und externen Projektbeteiligten in Planung, Bauausführung bis Inbetriebnahme
- Sie bewerten die Planungsergebnisse hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit
- Sie führen Verhandlungen mit Planungsbeteiligten, Bauausführenden sowie Behörden und managen Entscheidungen hinsichtlich Funktion, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
- Sie betreiben Konfliktmanagement zur Ausrichtung der unterschiedlichen Interessen der Projektbeteiligten auf die vereinbarten Projektziele
- Sie nutzen Instrumente des Termin- und Kostencontrollings sowie grundlegende Regelwerke für Gebäude und Räume des Gesundheitswesens
- Sie unterstützen aktiv das Projektmanagement im Rahmen von VgV-Ausschreibungen und Direktbeauftragungen
- Sie prüfen Leistungsverzeichnisse und funktionale Leistungsbeschreibungen und stimmen sich mit Fachplanern, Architekt:innen und anderen Gewerken ab
- Sie organisieren und führen Projekttermine durch
- Sie nehmen beauftragte Leistungen ab und prüfen die Dokumentation
- Sie arbeiten Unterlagen für projektbezogene Verwendungsnachweise zu und gehen mit Vorgängen eines Rechnungslaufes um
- Sie erstellen Zuarbeiten zu Kosten- und Projektberichten gegenüber dem Klinikvorstand, Ministerien und Zuwendungsgebern

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur:in, Bachelor oder Master im Bereich Medizintechnik oder Architektur, gern auch im Bereich der Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik
- Sie haben Leidenschaft in der Planung und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in komplexen Hochbauvorhaben im Krankenhaus-, Labor- oder Forschungsbau
- Sie haben Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von Zuwendungsbaumaßnahmen in allen Bearbeitungsphasen nach ZBau, RZBau bzw. RLBau
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (VgV, UVgO, VOB, VHB), Honorarordnung HOAI, AHO
- Sie haben sichere IT-Anwendungskenntnisse der gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

About Universitätsklinikum Jena
Im Universitätsklinikum Jena arbeiten über 6.800 Menschen in der Krankenversorgung, Forschung und Lehre in allen medizinischen Fachbereichen. Das Klinikum ist dabei nicht nur das einzige Universitätsklinikum in Thüringen, sondern auch eine Einrichtung der Grund- und Regelversorgung für die Stadt Jena. Als Krankenhaus der (Supra-) Maximalversorgung steht es den über 2 Millionen Menschen in Thüringen zur Verfügung.
