Elektronikentwickler für CATV und FTTx Produkte (m/w/d)

Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und realisierst Produkte für die Breitbandkommunikation, wie anspruchsvolle HF-Verstärker und analoge optische Nodes (FTTx)
- Du designst und optimierst optische Übertragungssysteme, einschließlich Laser- und Photodiodenmodule, zur schnellen und effizienten Datenübertragung
- Du entwickelst und findest neue Technologien zur Datenübertragung, einschließlich DSP und FPGA
- Du simulierst, designst und erstellst Layout-Entwürfe sowie Prototypen von Elektronikkomponenten und Produkten
- Du führst Tests und Qualifizierungen durch und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse
- Du führst Nullserien ein und unterstützt die Überleitung zur Serienfertigung
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams und Abteilungen zusammen, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln und bestehende Produkte zu verbessern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, technischen Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Elektronikentwicklung, Hochfrequenztechnik sowie insbesondere im Bereich der optischen Datenübertragung
- Du gehst sicher mit Leiterplatten-CAD und Simulations-Tools um, vorzugsweise Altium Designer und Genesys
- Du besitzt sichere Kenntnisse in der Schaltungsentwicklung bis 5 GHz und in der optischen Signalverarbeitung
- Du hast Erfahrung mit optischen und koaxialen Übertragungssystemen und Komponenten im Bereich der Breitbandkommunikation
- Du zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und technische Kreativität aus
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
