Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen bei allen technischen Fragestellungen zu unserer Software. Du hilfst z. B. bei der Installation und Einrichtung unserer Programme per TeamViewer und beantwortest Support-Anfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail – stehst unseren Kund:innen also jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei der Auswahl der passenden Lösungen (Software, Webservices und Online-Anwendungen) und ggf. der notwendigen Hardware.
- Du hast je nach Interesse vielfältige Möglichkeiten, die Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Buchführungssysteme nicht nur zu begleiten, sondern aktiv mitzugestalten. Dabei kannst du z. B. technische Anforderungen oder neue Ideen für die Softwareentwicklung aufbereiten und in Projekte einbringen.
- Du erleichterst dir und deinem Team die täglichen Routineaufgaben mit selbst entwickelten Programmen und arbeitest mit an unseren Tools zur Softwarebereitstellung und Installation.
- Du erfasst Aufträge und erstellst Rechnungen für die von uns bereitgestellten Produkte und Lösungen.
- Du arbeitest von Anfang an eng mit den Kolleg:innen im Team zusammen. Du wirst gründlich eingearbeitet und erhältst jederzeit Unterstützung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT- oder kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und kannst technische Sachverhalte einfach und verständlich darstellen. Beratungskompetenz und ein freundliches Auftreten runden Dein Profil ab.
- Du bist teamfähig, denn nur zusammen sind wir erfolgreich. Der regelmäßige Austausch innerhalb des Kollegenkreises wird durch deine Mitarbeit bereichert.
- Du hast idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse, diese sind jedoch nicht Voraussetzung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
