Denn als Site Reliability Engineer (m/w/d) ist es deine Mission, gemeinsam mit den Teams die Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität unserer gehosteten Produkte, Webseiten und E-Mails sicherzustellen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Tech-Teams den stabilen Betrieb unserer Hostingsysteme sicher und bist im Störungsfall vorne mit dabei
- Du entwickelst unsere Monitoring-Systeme auf Applikationsebene weiter und erstellst regelmäßig Berichte zur Verfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance
- Du bereitest Wartungen vor, koordinierst und begleitest diese, und stimmst dich proaktiv über Stabilitätsthemen im Unternehmen ab
- Du bist bei der Analyse und Auswertung von Störungen dabei, um den beteiligten Teams und Abteilungen die notwendigen Daten bereitzustellen
- Du erhebst relevante Daten und KPIs, um Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Systemstabilität zu identifizieren und umzusetzen
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Tech- und IT-Security-Teams, der technischen Leitung der Infrastruktur und unseren Systemarchitekt*innen zusammen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
