Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst die Realisierung der Projekte von der Projektvorbereitung und Projektinitiierung über die Projektumsetzung bis zum Projektabschluss
- Du planst die erforderlichen Aktivitäten mithilfe deiner IT-Fachkenntnisse und deinem technischen Verständnis, erarbeitest Projektpläne und stimmst die Planung mit den internen und externen Stakeholdern ab
- Du koordinierst die Projektumsetzung mithilfe der relevanten Werkzeuge und unterstützt bei standortübergreifenden Projekten in der Zusammenarbeit
- Du ermittelst Handlungsoptionen bei Planabweichungen und stimmst Anpassungen des Projektrahmens ab
- Du erstellst und stimmst Migrationspläne ab, da Migrationsprojekte ebenfalls Teil deines Tätigkeitsbereiches sein werden
- Du planst bedarfsweise die Ablösung bestehender Anwendungen und Dienste sowie die Planung und Steuerung von Beratungsleistungen
- Du führst nach Projektabschluss Auswertungen, Lessons Learned- sowie Retro-Meetings durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement sammeln
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Dienstleistungsorientierung und ausgeprägte Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Beharrlichkeit aus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, hast Gestaltungswillen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du rundest dein Profil mit Präsentations- und Kommunikationsstärke ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
