- Du trägst volle Verantwortung für die Budgets, Umsätze und Growth-Strategie unserer Kund:innen
- Du berätst Brands und Firmen ganzheitlich im Online-Marketing und hast somit einen maßgeblichen Impact auf das Wachstum unserer Kund:innen
- Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere Weiterbildungs-Roadmap im Performance Marketing auf Meta, LinkedIn und Google
- Du begleitest Junior/Intermediate Team-Mitglieder, kritisierst ihre Arbeit konstruktiv und ermöglichst ihnen, mit dir zu wachsen
- Du gibst Impulse zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und entwickelst selbstständig und mit deinem Team neue Prozesse und Projekte
- Du beeinflusst als Teil des Leadership Teams die unternehmerische Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing auf Meta und Google
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich 6-stellige Jahresbudgets verantwortet und profitabel in Kampagnen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Leadgewinnung investiert
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung beim Aufbau und bei der fachlichen Weiterbildung eines Teams
- Du hast ein analytisches Zahlenverständnis, um schnell zu erkennen, wie KPIs sich beeinflussen, sowie große strategische Kompetenz und tiefes Verständnis von sowohl E-Com als auch B2B Geschäftsmodellen
- Du hast Verständnis und Know-how bei Tracking, Analytics und Attributionsmodellen und Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools, idealerweise auch mit ClickUp
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1) und gutes Englisch in Schrift und Sprache und hast eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
