Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und entwickelst auf fachlicher Ebene ein Team von bis zu 10 Personen
- Du besitzt mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B Vertrieb von komplexen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen
- Du stellst das Pricing und unsere qualitativen Standards sicher
- Pipelinemanagement und Forecasting sind Dir vertraut und Du schaffst es, Deinen Mitarbeitern Deinen hohen Qualitätsstandard zu vermitteln
- Du steuerst unsere Vertriebsaktivitäten und hast einen Rundumblick auf das Controlling und die Vertriebskennzahlen
- Du stellst sicher, dass Dein Team die relevanten operativen Prozesse in seinem Aufgabenbereich kennt, einhält und die dafür notwendige Qualität erzeugt
- Du trittst als Experte für Förderungen im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung auf
- Du arbeitest übergreifend mit anderen Teams und bist Ansprechpartner im Vertrieb
- Du schließt aktiv Verträge mit unseren Kunden und unterstützt damit Dein Sales Team
- Du bist an der Personalauswahl und Einarbeitung neuer Sales in Dein Team beteiligt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
