Als regionaler Betreiber von FTTH-Breitband-Netzen und Diensten im Großraum München haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Welt der Internettechnologie und Telekommunikation mit unseren Produkten zukunftsweisend zu gestalten und den Weg für die Digitalisierung zu bereiten. Zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sales Manager für Wohnungwirtschaft (m/w/d) an unserem Firmensitz in Holzkirchen, nahe München.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die personelle und organisatorische Planung der Vertriebskanäle, einschließlich der Bau- und Nachvermarktung, und nimmst an Kundenveranstaltungen teil.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung des Unternehmensumsatzes.
- Du koordinierst und steuerst lokale Vertriebspartner in Absprache mit der Vertriebsleitung und schulst externe Vertriebsmitarbeiter.
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Vertriebsleitung im Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-, Projekt- und Bauteam zusammen. Du kommunizierst zudem mit Tiefbauunternehmen zu vertriebsrelevanten Themen.
- Du planst und kontrollierst die Nutzung von Ressourcen und die Erfolge der durchgeführten Projekte, Kampagnen und Maßnahmen. Zudem optimierst du bestehende Prozesse und präsentierst die Produkte und Dienstleistungen des Unternehmens

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrungen im Bereich Vertrieb/ Verkauf (B2B oder B2C) vergleichbare Berufsfelder
- Kenntnisse aus der Baubranche vom Vorteil
- Du beherrschst den Umgang mit allen MS-Office Programmen und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Kommunikative und freundliche Persönlichkeit mit Engagement und schneller Auffassungsgabe
- Selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
