Zur Unterstützung für unser Team suchen wir eine:n Bereichsleiter Logistik und Produktion mit einer hohen Leistungsbereitschaft und Erfahrung in der Personalführung. Zählen außerdem eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise sowie die Fähigkeit, etws zu gestalten, zu entwickeln und zu ändern zu Ihren Stärken, sind Sie die ideale Person für uns.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie leiten, optimieren und koordinieren den Gesamtauftragszyklus
- Sie setzen die Kundenanforderungen und Unternehmensziele gemäß der Zielvereinbarung sowie der Forderungen aus dem integrierten Managementsystem (IMS) der LOGOSYS um
- Sie kennen die Anforderungen an Arbeitsschutz & Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltvorschriften, Betriebsanweisungen sowie gesetzliche Vorschriften und ISO-Anforderungen, und setzen diese ein
- Sie führen Mitarbeiter
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner bei Problemen und Reklamationen und führen die erforderliche Korrespondenz
- Sie arbeiten bei der Erstellung von Kennzahlen und Statistiken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und der Geschäftsleitung mit
- Sie erarbeiten Konzepte zur Prozessoptimierung und unterstützen in der Abwicklung

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder Logistikmeister oder besitzen einen Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration)
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung mit mehr als 15 Personen
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Gefahrguthandling und besitzen einen Staplerschein
- Sie haben fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office
- Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau mit
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und können sich selbst organisieren
- Sie müssen den Willen haben, etwas zu gestalten, zu entwickeln und zu ändern

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
