Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen als (Senior) Project Manager (m/w/d) den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus, von der Planung über die erfolgreiche Umsetzung bis zum Go-live, von strategischen Projekten im Bereich HR Systems & Processes
- Sie begleiten und entwickeln HR-Systeme weiter, wie z.B. Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Systeme
- Sie übernehmen die Steuerung von interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie die Kommunikation und Informationsstreuung zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten und Fachbereichen
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Dokumentationen und Reportings zum Projektstatus und -fortschritt
- Sie treiben im Zuge des Stakeholder- und Changemanagements die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung sowie die Optimierung von bestehenden HR-Prozessen voran

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrungen im Projektmanagement
- Sie fühlen sich sowohl im HR- als auch im IT-Bereich wohl und können die Anforderungen beider Seiten in Einklang bringen
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen, idealerweise auch mit Zeitwirtschaftstools und SAP
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch, arbeiten problemlos mit internationalen Stakeholdern zusammen und bringen die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen mit
- Sie denken und handeln strategisch sowie wirtschaftlich und treiben Prozesse und Projekte aktiv voran
- Sie sind dank Ihrer ausgeprägten Hands-On-Mentalität, Überzeugungskraft und pragmatischen sowie strukturierten Arbeitsweise die perfekte Verstärkung für unser Team
