Ihr neuer Aufgabenbereich
- Sie bauen individuelle Kund:innenbeziehungen auf, pflegen diese und erweitern sie auf Basis einer 360-Grad-Kund:innensicht
- Sie entwickeln ein Verständnis für die Anforderungen oder Probleme der Kund:innen
- Sie verhandeln und erstellen Leistungsangebote und Serviceverträge und präsentieren diese bei Kund:innen
- Sie analysieren Zielkund:innen innerhalb des eigenen Verkaufsgebiets und Portfolios
- Sie akquirieren Neu-/Zielkund:innen/Sales Leads auf Basis der Zielkund:innenanalyse innerhalb des eigenen Verkaufsgebiets und Portfolios
- Sie nehmen Kontakt zu Prospects auf und qualifizieren diese umfassend
- Sie optimieren regelmäßig das Angebot anhand von Zielen und Benchmarks
- Sie berichten über Aktivitäten und Verkäufe via CRM-System
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Inside Sales und internen Stakeholdern zur Optimierung der Kund:innenbetreuung, -bindung und -entwicklung zusammen
- Sie beteiligen sich bei Tender/Kund:innenanfragen zwecks interner Abstimmung und unterstützen die Ratenfindung

- Sie sind Speditionskaufleute mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung und Schwerpunkt in der Luft- und Seefracht
- Sie haben einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Spedition und/oder der Seefracht oder Luftfracht
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie treten verbindlich auf und haben gute Umgangsformen
- Sie sind offen und teamfähig
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
