Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst, planst, implementierst und analysierst ERP-Funktionalitäten bei unserer Unternehmensgruppe in Europa und stellst die Systemverfügbarkeit sowie die fachgerechte Nutzung der eingesetzten ERP/DMS-Software sicher
- Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das ERP-System und stellst den Anwendersupport sicher
- Du überwachst den Systembetrieb, greifst bei Störfällen ein und analysierst sowie behebst die Ursachen
- Du wartest und überwachst die zugehörigen SQL-Komponenten und pflegst sowie optimierst alle Schnittstellen zu den angebundenen Modulen
- Du erstellst und entwickelst kontinuierlich neue und bestehende Reports in Power BI weiter
- Du überwachst den Betrieb des Docuware-Dokumentenmanagementsystems und der Workflow-Engine, greifst bei Störfällen ein und analysierst sowie behebst die Ursachen
- Du wartest und überwachst die zugehörigen SQL-Komponenten und pflegst sowie optimierst alle Schnittstellen zu den angebundenen Modulen
- Du administrierst, wartest und erstellst Views im Microsoft SQL-Server
- Du bist nebenverantwortlich für den ERP-Anwendersupport (1st/2nd Level Support) und bist Ansprechperson für ERP-Anwender:innen
- Du unterstützt bei ERP-Problemen aller Art, führst die Benutzerverwaltung durch und administrierst die ERP-Software
- Du suchst und beseitigst Fehler bei Störungen im Betrieb und führst Anwendertrainings durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Master oder Bachelor in Informatik (IT Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder bist Fachwirt:in, Betriebswirt:in oder hast einen MBA
- Du verfügst über Fachwissen im Aufbau und Betrieb von ERP-Systemen, bevorzugt Infor, und hast idealerweise Berufs- oder Praktikumserfahrung
- Du hast Kenntnisse in der Datenbankentwicklung und -verwaltung sowie in ECM/DMS-Systemen und der Workflow-Erstellung, bevorzugt Docuware

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
