Ingenieur für Bauplanung mit Schwerpunkt Gastechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erarbeiten konzeptionelle und ausführungsreife Lösungen für bautechnische Anforderungen bei der Projektierung und Errichtung von gastechnischen Anlagen
- Sie planen Offshore-Plattformen sowie Stahlbau- und Tragwerkskonstruktionen
- Sie übernehmen die Fachplanung von Haupt- und Nebengewerken des Hoch- und Tiefbaus im Industriebau
- Sie erstellen Planungsgrundlagen für Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsunterlagen sowie Detailausarbeitungen für die Fachgewerke
- Sie verantworten die Kosten und Termine der Projektabwicklung und erstellen Spezifikationen, Leistungsverzeichnisse, Bedarfsanforderungen und Bauanträge
- Sie führen, koordinieren und überwachen externe Sachverständige und Fremdfirmen und arbeiten eng mit der Bauleitung zusammen, um Baumaßnahmen vor Ort zu führen, zu koordinieren und zu überwachen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen 3 – 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauplanung und Durchführung von anlagentechnischen Projekten mit
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen
- Sie haben idealerweise eine Bauvorlagenberechtigung und sind mit den relevanten Regelwerken und Richtlinien vertraut
- Sie haben Erfahrung in Verhandlungen und treten sicher gegenüber Behörden, Fremdfirmen und Sachverständigen auf
- Sie beherrschen CAD- und EDV-Programme wie AutoCAD, ArchiCAD und MS Office
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft, sind kommunikativ mobil und arbeiten gerne im Team und sind sicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C1+)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
