Sie organisieren die Räumstelle und übernehmen die Dokumentation. Sie sind für die Einweisung und Führung des Räumpersonals zuständig und arbeiten dem Projektleiter zu.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie organisieren die Baustelle unter Berücksichtigung der SHE-Q-Vorgaben und Richtlinien
- Sie führen die Baustelle wirtschaftlich und sicher
- Sie geben Vorgaben und kontrollieren die Arbeitsabläufe sowie das Berichtswesen der Baustelle
- Sie unterweisen die Mitarbeitenden nach SHE-Q-Vorgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für sicheres und umweltbewusstes Arbeiten im Baustellenbereich nach SHE-Q-Vorgaben
- Sie erstellen Arbeitszeitnachweise, Bau- und Tagesberichte
- Sie identifizieren sicher aufgefundene Kampfmittel und handeln diese nach den Vorschriften des jeweiligen Bundeslandes
- Sie koordinieren, kontrollieren und nehmen Subunternehmerarbeiten ab
- Sie kontrollieren und überwachen die Baustellenleistung und deren Nachweis
- Sie arbeiten effizient mit den Kontakt- und Ansprechpersonen des Auftraggebers zusammen
- Sie organisieren ein umweltbewusstes Arbeiten auf der Baustelle unter Berücksichtigung der gestellten Ziele
- Sie übernehmen Baustoffe, Materialien, Geräte und Werkzeuge, prüfen deren Qualität und führen Nachweise
- Sie kontrollieren und beaufsichtigen Arbeiten, die sich aus Bauabläufen ergeben

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen Nachweis einer geltenden Befähigung gemäß §20 SprengG

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
