Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst den Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste durch (zwischen 07:00 Uhr und 23:00 Uhr)
- Du betreust die Gäste professionell am Front Office
- Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen und leitest diese weiter
- Du verbuchst die Leistungen auf Gästekonten und führst die Kasse
- Du nimmst Reservierungen an und bearbeitest diese
- Du übernimmst Concierge Tätigkeiten
- Du erstellst das Kassenbuch und führst Kellnerabrechnungen durch
- Du erstellst und kontrollierst Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
- Du kümmerst dich um das Reklamationsmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in Fidelio Suite 8.9., aber es ist nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Du bist vertraut im Umgang mit MS-Office (insbesondere Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Gästen
- Du hast ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Du hast Erfahrung an der Rezeption in der Hotellerie oder bist Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus dem Büro-/Verwaltungsbereich

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
