Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenverantwortliche Projektumsetzung: Du berätst unsere Kunden in der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Umsetzung und stellst sicher, dass jedes Projekt rund läuft – von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.
- Spannende Aufgabenvielfalt: Du erklärst die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Mieterstromprojekten, berätst zu Stromtarifen und Verträgen, wählst Messkonzepte und steuerst regulatorische Anforderungen.
- Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten: Du betreust unsere Kunden proaktiv und kommunizierst regelmäßig, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten zufrieden und gut informiert sind.
- Stakeholder-Management: Du koordinierst ein Netzwerk aus Kunden, Partnern, Netzbetreibern und internen Teams und hältst die Fäden zusammen, damit alles reibungslos läuft.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Leidenschaft für die Energiewende und Interesse an wirtschaftlichen und technischen Fragestellungen im Energiesektor.
- Projektmanagement-Erfahrung idealerweise im Energiesektor (z.B. bei PV-Anlagen, Ladesäulen,u.ä.) oder in der Immobilienbranche.
- Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in Wirtschaft, Erneuerbaren Energien oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Self-Starter-Mentalität und „Can-Do-Attitude“: Du ergreifst die Initiative, triffst Entscheidungen und setzt sie um.
- Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, im Team das Beste herauszuholen – Du lässt Dich inspirieren und inspirierst andere gleichermaßen.
