Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Einkauf von technischen Produkten, Software und Dienstleistungen
- Du übernimmst die täglichen Aufgaben des Beschaffungsprozesses: Von der Bestellabwicklung über die Reklamationsbearbeitung bis hin zur Rechnungsprüfung
- Du identifizierst mit Hilfe der richtigen Daten und Analysen Einsparpotenziale und Effizienzsteigerungen
- Du optimierst durch deine strategische Sicht unsere Beschaffungsprozesse
- Du wählst die besten Lieferanten aus, baust starke Partnerschaften auf und stellst die Lieferantenqualität und -zuverlässigkeit sicher
- Du hast enge Schnittstellen in alle Bereiche, verstehst deren Bedürfnisse und stehst bei Kaufentscheidungen beratend zur Seite

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung mit, gerne im Einkauf von IT-Dienstleistungen
- Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität oder die Motivation, dich in technische Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du überzeugst in Verhandlungen durch dein sicheres Auftreten und dein Kommunikationsgeschick
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
