Was erwartet dich?
- Du überwachst die Projekte in zeitlicher, wirtschaftlicher und baurechtlicher Hinsicht vom Aufstellungsbeschluss bis zur Baugenehmigung
- Du führst Verhandlungen mit Behörden und sonstigen Stakeholdern (intern und extern) im Projekt
- Du begleitest und steuerst die erforderlichen Fachgutachter und Fachplaner, vor allem beim Bebauungsplanverfahren und bei der Genehmigungsplanung
- Du kommunizierst die Zeitpläne an die Regionalleitung und wirkst bei der Überwachung von Fristen mit
- Du steuerst und stimmst dich mit allen internen Fachabteilungen und Teams sowie dem Ausführungsbereich ab
- Du koordinierst die Projektteams und erstellst Präsentations- und Freigabeunterlagen einzelner Standorte, stellst diese vor und meldest den Sachstand bei der Geschäftsleitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektentwicklung, Projektmanagement und Baurechtschaffung; erste Erfahrungen im Bereich PV Entwicklung sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
- Du hast ein Studium mit immobilienspezifischem Schwerpunkt (z.B. Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Stadtplanung, Raum- und Umweltplanung, Geografie, Immobilienökonomie, Real Estate Management)
- Du zeichnest dich durch eigenverantwortliches Handeln und ganzheitliches Denken aus
- Du bist umsetzungsstark und lösungsorientiert sowie ein echtes Kommunikationstalent

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
