Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die proaktive Betreuung unserer B2B-Kund:innen zuständig, übernimmst eine stetige Evaluation der eingesetzten Tools und leitest gegebenenfalls Optimierungsansätze ab.
- Dabei fokussierst Du Dich vor allem auf unseren italienischsprechenden Kundenstamm und triffst sowohl technische als auch organisatorische Entscheidungen.
- Du übernimmst das Onboarding neuer Kund:innen, um die optimale Nutzung unseres Produktes sicherzustellen.
- Du berätst B2B-Kund:innen aus verschiedenen Branchen zu technischen oder organisatorischen Herausforderungen und arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleg:innen aus Tech, Customer Service, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering und Product zusammen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation in der Projektumsetzung.
- Du sammelst das Feedback unserer B2B-Kund:innen und gibst diese Informationen an das Product-Team weiter, um gemeinsam die stetige Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktes sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung vorweisen.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Success Management und/oder Projektmanagement mit.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über ein analytisches Denkvermögen, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und strukturiert darzustellen.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest aktiv, zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg:innen, bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse mit.
- Deine hohe Problemlösefähigkeit zeichnet Dich aus: Keine Herausforderung ist unüberwindbar. Es gibt immer eine Lösung!
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen gesammelt.
- Fundierte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit großen Datenmengen sind ein Plus.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil (bspw. Französisch).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
