Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine langfristige Marketing-Strategie um, die jeden Touchpoint (B2B; B2C) aus unserer Vision, Mission für unser Unternehmen sowie den qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten erreicht
- Du planst, erstellst und verantwortest das Marketing-Konzept
- Du führst sowohl disziplinarisch wie auch fachlich den Marketingbereich mit 5 Personen
- Du machst Konkurrenz-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und bestimmst die Höhe des Marketingbudgets
- Du definierst Wachstumsfelder und Entwicklungschancen
- Du erstellst Berichte und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Du führst zusammen mit deinem Team Werbe- und Imagekampagnen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Marketing
- Du bist Expert:in für Marketing-Maßnahmen aller Art

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
