Als erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) am Tresen und am Telefon begrüßt du unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich sofort gut aufgehoben fühlen. Zusammen mit deinen Kollegen trägst du maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei und fungierst als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Kunden und Technikern. Du beantwortest Fragen, löst Anliegen und beeindruckst durch deine freundliche und professionelle Art, die dich zu einem unverzichtbaren Mitglied unseres Teams macht. Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Sachbearbeitung rund um das Thema Kundendienst
- Du erfasst Belege von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Lieferscheinen, Bestellungen etc
- Du fakturierst Aufträge und verwaltest die Rechnungsstellung
- Du legst Stammdaten im EDV-System an und pflegst diese
- Du kommunizierst schriftlich und telefonisch mit Kund:innen, Kolleg:innen, Lieferant:innen etc
- Du übernimmst die Tourenplanung, Kundenbetreuung, Auftragsannahme und Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie die Beratung und den Verkauf von Zubehör und Pflegeprodukten am Tresen und die Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Sendungen

- Du hast eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du verfügst über technische Grundkenntnisse
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung / Reklamation
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit dem PC und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
