Als Senior Product Owner (m/w/d) für Kanzleiorganisation übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich unserer Softwarelösung für Kanzleiorganisation. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen das Management der Produktentwicklungszyklen, enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie die Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung der Produktfeatures auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer und die Unternehmensziele.
Was erwartet dich?
- Verantwortung für den Erfolg eines Themenbereichs innerhalb der edorga
- Entwicklung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung der Produkt-Roadmap mit einem oder mehreren Scrum-Teams
- Ausarbeitung von Nutzeranforderungen, aber auch Analyse von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen – vor allem mit dem Fokus auf der Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, darunter Entwicklungsteams, Produktmanager, Product Owner, UX und anderen
- Definition und Messung von Kennzahlen zur Kontrolle des Produkterfolgs
- Bildung von Hypothesen und Verifizierung auf Basis aller verfügbaren Daten
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktmanager oder Product Owner für digitale Produkte und Services, gerne im SaaS-/Cloud-Bereich und in B2B
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Kanzleiverwaltungsanwendungen oder ERP-Software von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
- Exzellente Fähigkeiten im Bereich Produktmanagement, inklusive tiefgehendem Verständnis für Methoden des agilen Projektmanagements wie Scrum oder Kanban
- Spaß in einem interdisziplinären Team erfolgreiche Produkte zu gestalten sowie ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
