Als Mitarbeiter in der Produktion (m/w/d) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Herstellungsprozess. Durch deine Arbeit an unseren Produktionsmaschinen stellst du sicher, dass unsere Tradition der Exzellenz fortgesetzt wird. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Mission von Deutsch & Neumann bei, hochwertige Laborartikel herzustellen, die in Laboren auf der ganzen Welt zum Einsatz kommen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst Maschinen für die Produktion von Formteilen aus Silikon und Naturkautschuk
- Du überprüfst die Qualität der von dir hergestellten Produkte
- Du lagerst eigenverantwortlich Gummimischungen ein und aus
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie Lager, Versand, Qualitätskontrolle und Endbearbeitung zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise als bspw. Maschinen- und Anlagenführer/in
- Du arbeitest qualitativ und genau, das Bedienen der Produktionsmaschinen gehört für dich zum Alltag
- Du bist bereit für neue Herausforderungen und neue Aufgaben zu lernen
- Du hast optional Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Produktion mit Gummi/Elastomeren
- Du bist teamfähig und hilfsbereit
- Du hast Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch mindestens auf B2 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
