Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen sicher, dass sämtliche Programme in den Bereichen Umwelt, Gesundheit, Arbeitssicherheit, Prozesssicherheit und Energie mit den firmenbezogenen sowie mit den gesetzlichen Anforderungen übereinstimmen
- Sie setzen die Unternehmensziele in Bezug auf Umwelt und Arbeitssicherheit um
- Sie handhaben selbstständig alle notwendigen Aktionen in Bezug auf Unfälle, Störfälle, Produktausläufe und schwerwiegende Beinaheunfälle: Untersuchung, Ursachenanalyse, Risikobeseitigung
- Sie führen Gefährdungsanalysen durch
- Sie entwickeln und setzen Auditierungssysteme um
- Sie führen Sicherheitsaudits durch und setzen alle Aktionen um, die sich aus Sicherheitsaudits ergeben
- Sie prüfen, bewerten und geben Unfälle weiter
- Sie schulen wiederkehrend die Mitarbeitenden zur Erhöhung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins
- Sie erstellen langfristige Programme zur Unfallvermeidung
- Sie erstellen Prozesssicherheitsanalysen und initiieren alle sich daraus ergebenden Maßnahmen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Arbeitssicherheit im produzierenden Gewerbe oder einer ähnlichen Branche (Produktion / chemische Industrie) und idealerweise Erfahrung oder einen Hintergrund im Bereich Prozesssicherheit sowie mit der SEVESSO Richtlinie
- Sie haben einen Bachelor-Abschluss oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung in Sicherheitstechnik oder Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Projektgruppen
- Sie sind kontaktfreudig, überzeugungskräftig und haben einen ausgeprägten Willen zum Erfolg
- Sie verfügen über Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse der ISO-Normen 45001 und 14001 sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
