Sachbearbeiter für Abrechnung und Marktkommunikation (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen sicher, dass der Abrechnungsprozess reibungslos verläuft und die aktuellen gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen eingehalten werden
- Sie führen eigenverantwortlich die Anforderung, Überwachung sowie den Versand von MSB-Abrechnungen durch
- Sie nutzen Ihre Erfahrungen im energiewirtschaftlichen Kontext zur Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Datenaustauschprozessen (INVOIC, REMADV, MSCONS, QUOTES, ORDERS, IFTSTA, usw)
- Sie lassen sich durch aufkommende Klärfälle und Beschwerden nicht aus der Ruhe bringen und bearbeiten Vorgänge fallabschließend, inklusive Stornierungen und Korrekturen
- Sie haben die vor- und nachgelagerten Prozesse zur Abrechnung im Blick und überprüfen bei Bedarf Zählerbewegungen oder unterstützen die Kolleg:innen im Kundenservice
- Sie optimieren kontinuierlich unsere Arbeitsabläufe mit Fokus auf die abteilungs- und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse des regulatorischen Rahmens in der Energiewirtschaft (insbesondere WiM, GPKE, etc.)
- Sie haben idealerweise SAP IS-U Kenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Software-Anwendungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
