- Sie entwickeln das integrierte Managementsystem weiter
- Sie stellen die Qualität in der Produktion sicher
- Sie steuern und koordinieren das Reklamationsmanagement
- Sie überwachen und verfolgen aktiv definierte KVP-Themen
- Sie erstellen Fehleranalysen nach der 3x5 Why- und Ishikawa-Methode
- Sie moderieren und arbeiten bei FMEAs mit
- Sie erstellen, stimmen ab und überwachen Qualifikationspläne
- Sie wirken bei der Durchführung von Qualifikationsversuchen mit und bewerten die Ergebnisse
- Sie legen Qualifizierungsmethoden zur Charakterisierung neuer Produkte in der Entwicklungsphase fest bzw. entwickeln diese weiter

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare, einschlägige Aus- und Fortbildung mit anerkanntem Abschluss im Bereich Prozess- oder Quality Management (z.B. DGQ-Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d), Qualitätsmanager TÜV (m/w/d))
- Sie haben 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsmanager (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. APQP, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 W)
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Begleitung von externen Zertifizierungsaudits
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und besitzen ausgeprägtes diplomatisches Geschick über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Sie haben ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gepaart mit Kunden- und Service-Orientierung
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben eine IT-Affinität, insbesondere in den Bereichen SAP, MS-Office sowie CAQ, bevorzugt BabtecQ

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
