Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Produktentwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Markenpositionierung als Teil des Produktmanagement-Teams verantwortlich
- Du formulierst und planst spannende Produktkonzepte in Abstimmung mit dem Team
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Brand Manager (m/w/d), Projektmanagement und der Produktentwicklung zusammen
- Du betreust die Produkte entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Du unterstützt im Produktmanagement die Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien
- Du hast den Wettbewerb ständig im Blick und unterstützt die Produkt-Darreichungsformen, -Verpackungen und -Designs zusammen mit unserem Designer (m/w/d)
- Du unterstützt das Team auf Messen und Veranstaltungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt idealerweise bereits 1-2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und hast eventuell sogar bereits in einem Startup-Umfeld gearbeitet
- Du denkst analytisch, aber kannst auch kreativ sein
- Du fühlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten gut den Überblick
- Du überzeugst durch Deine offene, selbstbewusste und proaktive Persönlichkeit und Deine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch

Who or what is Workwise?

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
